## Scope

This policy applies to:

- Innexo PMS platform
- Web applications and dashboards

## What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. These files help websites function properly and improve security and usability. Everything in this policy applies equally to the similar technologies mentioned above.

## Types of Cookies We Use

The files we set fall into five categories:

- Essential: Required for operation of the platform. Without them the system cannot function properly. Examples: login session, security, and authentication identifiers.
- Security: Used to protect accounts and detect suspicious activity. Examples: session verification, fraud detection, login protection.
- Functional: Used to improve user experience and remember your preferences. Examples: user preferences, language settings, dashboard settings.
- Analytics: Used to understand usage and improve the platform. Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals. Examples: page visits, feature usage, performance monitoring.
- Third-Party: Some services may set their own cookies. These providers operate under their own privacy policies. Examples: hosting providers, analytics providers, support tools.

## Why We Use Them

As described in our Privacy Policy, we use these technologies to maintain secure sessions and authentication, prevent fraud and protect accounts, remember preferences, improve performance and analytics, and measure marketing effectiveness where applicable.

## Managing Cookies

You can control them through browser settings. Most browsers allow:

- Blocking them entirely
- Deleting stored files
- Restricting which sites may set them
- Disabling them may affect the functionality of the platform.

## Do Not Track

Some browsers support "Do Not Track." Innexo currently does not respond to Do Not Track signals except where legally required.

Separately, where recognized and required by applicable law, Innexo honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for targeted advertising. Innexo does not sell personal information for monetary compensation and currently does not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising purposes.
