## About This Page

Some state laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), define "selling" or "sharing" broadly to include certain disclosures for targeted advertising purposes. This page is provided in accordance with those laws.

Because Innexo does not engage in selling or sharing personal information for targeted advertising, there is no opt-out action required. If this changes, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy accordingly.

## Submit a Request

If you wish to submit a request related to your privacy rights, including under applicable U.S. state laws, contact us at security@innexo.com with the subject line Privacy Rights Request.

Include in your request:

- Your name
- Your email address
- Request type (access / delete / correct / opt out)
- Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

## Rights You May Have

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know or access the personal information we collect and how we use it; request deletion of personal information (subject to exceptions); request correction of inaccurate personal information; opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising (as defined by law); opt out of certain profiling (where applicable); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

For requests to know/access, delete, or correct, we may verify identity. If you are an authorized agent, we may request proof of authorization and verification. We may deny deletion requests when permitted by law, such as to complete a transaction or provide services, detect security incidents and prevent fraud, debug and repair errors, comply with legal obligations, or exercise or defend legal claims.

## Hotel Guests

If you are a hotel guest, the hotel or lodging provider you stayed with typically acts as the data controller for your guest information. Please contact that provider first to exercise your rights about your stay; where applicable, Innexo will assist our customers in responding to valid requests.

## Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Where recognized and required by applicable law, Innexo honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for targeted advertising.
