What Innexo does

Innexo brings a hotel's daily systems together in one platform: a front desk PMS for reservations, check-ins, and folios; housekeeping management; AI-assisted revenue and pricing; OTA distribution through a built-in channel manager; unified guest messaging; and reviews management. Instead of juggling separate tools, hotel teams work from one system that keeps rooms, rates, and guest conversations in sync.

The platform is organized around three AI modules: an AI revenue engine for dynamic pricing and demand forecasting, AI housekeeping for smart task assignment and quality inspections, and AI accounting for automated financial posting and real-time reporting. All three feed one unified dashboard with live occupancy and revenue KPIs, room status across every floor, and role-based access control.

Built in real hotels

Innexo is designed for independent and franchise hotels. The platform runs live operations today at Super 8 by Wyndham properties in South Florida — handling real check-ins, housekeeping boards, pricing updates, and guest messages every day. That on-property experience shapes what we build: features earn their place by making an actual shift at the desk easier, not by looking good in a demo.

Those properties, Super 8 by Wyndham Lantana in Lantana, FL and Super 8 by Wyndham Boynton Beach in Boynton Beach, FL, are part of the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts family and also take direct bookings through the Innexo guest booking and Innexo Rewards+ loyalty program.

Beyond hotels

Innexo also offers commercial real estate management, replacing scattered spreadsheets and disconnected portals with one operating system for buildings, leases, billing and CAM, access, and tenant service. Both product lines share the same enterprise security foundation.
