Who owns the data? You do. 100%. All hotel and guest data remains your property at all times. We process it to deliver insights, but you retain full ownership and can export or delete it at any point.

How long does onboarding take? Most hotels are fully operational within 1-2 weeks. Our onboarding team handles PMS integration, data migration, and staff training. Deployments on the top tier may take 3-4 weeks for custom integrations.

What happens if I want to cancel? You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We provide a full data export so you never lose your history. There are no early termination fees on monthly plans.
