Start Building in Seconds

Requests are authenticated with a bearer key. To read room status, send a GET request to https://api.innexo.com/v1/rooms with an Authorization header of Bearer followed by your key. Sandbox keys use the innx_sk_test_ prefix so you can test without affecting live data.

Quick-start examples are available in cURL, JavaScript (using fetch), and Python (using the requests library). Each example performs the same room status request and parses the JSON response.

Available Endpoints

The reference documents four version 1 endpoints. Each path below sits under the /api/v1 prefix, and each lists the scope it requires:

GET /health — check service health and connectivity (public scope).
GET /rooms — list all rooms in the hotel (rooms:read scope).
GET /reservations — list current and upcoming reservations (reservations:read scope).
GET /rates — retrieve current room rates (rates:read scope).

Getting Access

Create a developer account to register an app and request access. Programmatic access is included in the Pro and Enterprise plans, and Enterprise customers can also arrange custom integrations. Use of automated systems to reach the platform is permitted within approved API usage under our terms.
